The CPEC Memorandum of Understanding is signed on 5 July, establishing the corridor's formal cooperation framework.

As war between Iran and the United States tests regional stability, Pakistan has chosen the role of mediator and facilitator—keeping channels open with both sides, supporting the Islamabad MoU and the Pakistan–Qatar roadmap, and pressing for restraint, dialogue, and a negotiated peace. A selective group of arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators, dispute-board practitioners, and claims professionals with experience relevant to CPEC-linked construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and operational disputes.
From delivery to operation
Complex projects do not stop creating risk when construction ends.
As completed assets move into operation, the focus shifts to performance, maintenance, variations, payment, contract administration, long-term supply, and post-construction claims. The CPEC Roster is designed to make relevant dispute-resolution capability easier to identify across that transition.
Independent-facilitator notice: PIDW acts solely as an independent facilitator. Inclusion on the roster is not an endorsement, appointment, certification, or guarantee of work. Every engagement remains subject to the parties' independent selection, due diligence, consent, and contract.
