Keak liveness

The dashboard exposes a lightweight health endpoint at /api/health that external uptime monitors poll. A 200 response means the application is running and reachable.

Keak does not yet operate a public real-time uptime dashboard. Material incidents are communicated via email to affected customers and posted on this page within the timelines defined in our Trust Center.

Upstream providers

Keak runs on managed cloud providers. When one of them experiences an outage, Keak's corresponding capability will be degraded until that provider recovers. Live status for each provider is published on their own status page:

Check the upstream status pages above to see whether the disruption originates with a provider.
Email support@keak.com if you believe the issue is security-related.
Email support@keak.com for availability or product issues.
Affected enterprise customers will additionally receive direct email per their agreed notification terms.
