By booking an optimization service with Real Time Optimizations ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling.
We provide PC and Internet optimization services. Our services involve analyzing and adjusting system settings, network configurations, and related components to potentially improve performance.
Optimization services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, FPS improvements, latency reductions, or any particular result.
Our workers reserve the right to refuse or terminate any optimization at their sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

If you fail to show up or fail to DM your optimizer ASAP so they can DM you back, you may forfeit your time slot. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Payment is required before or at the time of service as directed by your optimizer. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during your session.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Time Optimizations and its workers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or loss of profits.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Our optimization services involve:
If our worker refuses to perform your optimization (for reasons outlined in our Terms of Service) before any work has begun, you will not be charged. However, once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
If you have concerns about your optimization, please contact us through Discord. We are happy to discuss your experience, but this does not guarantee any refund or additional services.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services may result in being banned from future services and potential further action.
