At Wayne State, researchers are using big data science and business analytics with a strong focus on solving real-life business problems in active collaboration with regional industry while leveraging core strengths and research interests. Cores and facilities spotlight
The Genome Sciences Core at Wayne State University provides investigators with access to comprehensive genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics technologies. We provide expertise in study design, data analysis, and interpretation, with capabilities spanning bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing, DNA methylation profiling, chromatin accessibility assays, and integrated multi-omics studies. Our goal is to help researchers generate high-quality datasets that advance discovery and mechanistic understanding of biological systems.
