Purchasing additional capacity to send more messages per month

All Pushover accounts may send 10,000 messages per month for free (Teams can send 25,000 messages for free).  This free sending quota is shared among all applications registered to an individual or team account.

On the first of each month at midnight Central Time, all usage limits reset back to their free allowance. Once a user's applications have sent 10,000 messages in a month, further message requests will an error from our API and applications will no longer be able to send until the first of the next month when the allowance resets.

For high-volume users that need to send more than 10,000 messages per month, additional sending capacity can be purchased through our website (10,000 for $25.00 USD, 25,000 for $57.50 USD, 50,000 for $100.00 USD, 100,000 for $150.00 USD, 500,000 for $500.00 USD). Once an account has used its free quota, subsequent messages from any of their applications will start deducting from the user's purchased reserve until the first of the next month. A user's purchased reserve is automatically used by any application registered to their account, and will remain available until it has been completely used. Upgraded capacity is not transferable or refundable.

Additional message capacity can be purchased instantly through our website by viewing your usage and clicking Upgrade Message Sending Capacity.  Upgrades can be made as a single purchase or as an automatic upgrade whenever capacity is low.
