Local rules change the answer.
A model can be fluent and still import US assumptions, miss the conventions of a public service, or place sensitive data under the wrong jurisdiction.
We work on those failures directly.
Public services are not abstract systems. An unclear answer or unsuitable assumption can affect someone dealing with money, health, housing or time at a difficult moment.
One starting point is the language of benefits decisions: helping someone understand an official letter without changing its meaning, without filling gaps with guesswork and without obscuring when advice is needed.
