We are Bridge It, a currently growing youth-initiated project aiming to build a peer-driven digital platform that connects Persons with Mobility Challenges (wheelchair users and mobility aid users) to resources, real-life experiences, and community support—helping individuals navigate daily life with greater confidence.😁
