We accept your design in a 3D CAD file.
We create the required CAM files.
We design and fabricate custom fixturing as needed.
We machine the final product.
We document, communicate, and ship the final product on time and accurately.

All services are in house. We do not provide secondary services, such as anodization, or other processes which would require management of a sub supplier.

Key Equipment

Mill – Okuma 560v

A highly rigid, thermally stable vertical machining center. This 9-ton machine has a dual-contact 30hp 15K RPM spindle to enable precise machining of difficult materials. Equipped with Renishaw probing and toolsetting.

Rotary – Tsudakoma TWA-160

The addition of this 279 pound high accuracy dual-axis rotary table provides 5 axis machining capability to the Okuma 560v.

Highly complex machining capabilities are possible thanks to our 5-axis rotary table and state-of-the-art vertical mill.

Height Gauge – Mitutoyo QM-Height Gage

Provides the ability to measure components to within 1/10 of a thousandths of an inch.
