Is Hummingbird Salamander a great book? Uhm, yeah, it’s pretty damn great. It actually prompted me to write a little mini-essay on a feature of several of @jeffvandermeer’s stories I called “the infiltration of the inhuman” even though I have nothing to do with a mini-essay.
