    If you plan to live a long and prosperous life, then there is a higher chance that you will!! A study from Miami has shown that the way we perceive our future has a direct impact on our life span!

    Long term consistency is always better than short bursts of intensity. If you train once or twice a week for 5 years, you will have much more solid gains then if you trained every day for a month and then burned out. Sometimes a rest day is needed, but make sure you return!
