As you and your child prepare for the school year, make sure mental health is on your back-to-school checklist 🧠📚🎒 These four things can help make sure everyone is ready once the school bell rings.

On the bottom of the image is a graphic of notepad paper that appears taped to the photo with text that reads "1. Get back into a routine. Get back into a routine by talking about what you expect in the mornings and after school. Start putting these plans into action a few weeks before school begins to help everyone get used to the new habits." The SafeUT logo is on the bottom left.

A heartfelt thank you to all the firefighters, first responders, and emergency crews who have responded to the current wildfires throughout Utah 🚒❤️

Against a stylized red and blue background, text reads: "Firefighters of Utah benefit greatly from the SafeUT Frontline app and resources. As firefighters work 48-hour shifts, and sometimes longer, we sometimes don’t have the ability to schedule traditional appointments. The app and the availability of professional mental health specialists 24/7 are a great benefit. Our members are appreciative of the safety net that SafeUT Frontline provides to them and their families when a crisis arises. - Jack Tidrow, President of the Professional Firefighters of Utah" The SafeUT Frontline logo is on the bottom left corner.
