Going to try to go up for tenure this year. It's two years "early" but if you erase parental leave and starting my first year in October before the clock started, it would be "on time"

PSA: If you're asked to serve on an NSF panel right now, do it for the sake of your research area. Program directors are stretched really thin and need the help more than ever, so saying yes directly helps with keeping funding for your reseach area flowing
