- There's something off-putting about changing the way you write to not sound like an AI. It's not prudent, it's pathetic and weak. If you can't show the difference with the substance of your writing your ngmi anyway.

- I noticed myself when adapting some of my material to printed book format that it requires a bit more formality to feel right. That's Scott's writing is optimized for the blog post form is not a point against his ability.This is especially obvious if you flip through a printed book-form copy of slate star codex and realise this writing would obviously be deemed readable only on a webpage.
- Err on the side of straightforwardness.
