@lufthansa Miles cannot be redeemed via miles and more app or webpage anymore. They claim that your profile is invalid - I read it’s a common problem with NO fix. Better not use them :(

After 20 years - my first @British_Airways flight. Sitting in a very cramped “business class” waiting since 1h for any movement on tour to LCY.. not very pristine.
