The issue with Accessibility is fixed now (v4.8.6). Sorry for taking so much time. I encountered some other issues, and this update should patch them as well.

You can now audit any page for accessibility issues right from the extension. It flags the problems, sorts them by how serious they are, and highlights the exact elements on the page so you're not hunting for them.
