    AI coding is getting very good at completing isolated tasks. Software engineering is not a collection of isolated tasks. Context, dependencies, QA, review, and follow-up work are the real system. That system is what we’re building with Labor0. I’ll show you very soon.

    I built @swc_rs to make JavaScript tooling dramatically faster. Now I’m working on a much bigger bottleneck: how software teams turn context, AI agents, QA, and human judgment into shipped work. It’s called Labor0. More soon.

    I do not personally read most of the code my agents write. I occasionally inspect specific implementations, but line-by-line code review is not my default workflow. I spend my attention on specifications, architecture, invariants, documentation, test results, and high-risk

    If you’re not reading the code, whether explicitly or through agentic inquiry, one or more of these is true: ○ You’re a beginner ○ Software is throwaway ○ You’re prototyping ○ You have no users / revenue ○ You’re taking on debt & risk ○ Your problems are basic And btw.
