I decided it was time to learn Rust this Summer (and I ❤️ it!), so I decided to create a FHE library and published the first beta version this week! github.com/tlepoint/fhe.rs Currently, it only contains (an RNS-variant of) the BFV encryption scheme, but hope it will grow over time!
