A random player selector device useful for asymmetrical teams such as Hide and Seek, Murder Mystery, etc.
Players are weighted based on how long they've been in the current session.

- @spiralhouse there's a bug in TMNT Dimensions where the Close button for the Toilet Flowers doesn't close the popup. Because user input is taken away, the player cannot continue the game.
- @FNCreate hey all. The Fortnitemares callout application was taken down early. I was in the process of filling it out. When I clicked submit, the application had removed the Fortnitemares selection from the dropdown.
