- 🏳️⚧️ HISTORIC: Last night, the Kelly Loving Act passed the CO legislature + is headed to the Governor’s desk! A people-powered bill by and for trans & LGBTQ+ people, it strengthens protections, codifies deadnaming/misgendering as forms of discrimination, and more! #KellyLovingAct
- 🚨 Legislative Update 🚨 Yesterday, SB25-276 passed in the Senate! The bill is now headed to the House. SB25-276 strengthens CO laws by protecting public spaces like schools and hospitals and stopping local police from honoring ICE requests without a judicial warrant.
