    While you’re at it, use SimpleLogin to create unique aliases for individual services and sites, link them to route to either Proton or Tuta accounts. Flick a switch to turn off the aliases when needed. Firewalls your inbox nicely.

    An alias beats some kind of junk/throwaway email. Way more convenient and you don't have to touch Google... or whoever would be providing that mail.

    good practice to use email alias for unimportant websites like kick and random websites. i use simplelogin which works with proton email

    With SimpleLogin, cutting out an overly-chatty emailer is super simple... ...if you've given out your main address, it's considerably harder.
