I keep library docs open in Chrome and use MCP to pipe them into my Claude Code session. Example: I'm working with a Fastify plugin I haven't used before. Instead of alt-tabbing to read the docs, I tell Claude to read the open tab, extract the docs, and keep them as context.

Claude Code defaults to writing code first, tests second. That's backwards, especially for old codebases. You can use a `PostToolUse` hook that runs your test suite after every file edit. Now iterations can't skip the red-green-refactor cycle.
