    As you evaluate bitcoin security solutions, be wary of MPC custodians selling their solution as equivalent to multisig. MPC is not native to bitcoin, and is often implemented at an operational abstraction on top of a single signature. IE: funds are secured by a single private

    Excellent breakdown from Rob. Please read this if you have ANY funds exposed via a Coldcard device. This includes single sig, multisig, and various seed creation methods.

    The most common question I am getting right now in the fall out of the news of COLD CARD MK3, MK4, MK5 and Q having compromised entropy, is: "Rob, what would you do right now if you were in my shoes? Where would you send your bitcoin to be safe?" I will share with you my list

    This is a good reminder to consider upgrading to multisig. Their are lots of options but I’ve always recommended @unchained @CasaHODL and @Bitkey If you don’t want a corporate coordinator, you should look at @BTCsessions guides for multisig on Sparrow. Multisig is designed to
