Lagree West Coquitlam Launching Lagree West in the Tri-Cities.
AD Projects served as general contractor for Lagree West's seventh Megaformer Pilates studio - and their first location in the Tri-Cities -bringing the brand to a wider Metro Vancouver clientele. It was a milestone project for our team and one we were very proud to be a part of. Designed by Ply Architecture with the brand's signature sleek, moody aesthetic in mind, the studio features microcement walls, cove lighting, and space planning that makes efficient use of every square foot.

Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC
La Taqueria Pinche Taco Shop A modern take on a street-style classic.
Our team was engaged as the general contractor for the newest La Taqueria location located in the base of the beautiful 601 Hastings Street tower in downtown Vancouver. The modern taco shop features 40-foot ceilings, a full commercial kitchen on the second level, and custom steel detailing and microcement finishes throughout the space.

Jaybird Kingsway has landed. This space is the perfect balance of calm, warm energy, and moody, ethereal vibes. Having been long time fans of Jaybird classes, this project was a labour of love. We knew how important creating the right experience was for our client and we obsessed over every detail to make sure it felt just right.

Fable Café Injecting more community into South Granville.
In Phase 2 of Fable’s flagship Vancouver store, AD Projects collaborated with owner Max Tims to realize his vision of a community-centric space by integrating a cozy café within the homewares boutique. Following the successful completion of Phase 1, our team prioritized efficiency to ensure the café’s grand opening occurred just two weeks after renovations began. The result is a thoughtfully designed café that embodies Fable’s modern elegance, inviting visitors to connect with friends or find a quiet corner to work. This project underscores our commitment to creating spaces that foster connection and community.

Aidan’s Cafe Brightening up West Broadway.
Located in Vancouver’s Fairview neighborhood, Aidan’s Cafe is a modern retreat designed with intention and care. In collaboration with Aidan, Barbel, and WA Office, we transformed a technically complex site into a serene, community-focused space. Custom millwork, micro-cement finishes, and curated greenery by By Nature come together to create an atmosphere that feels both grounded and elevated. Aidan’s deep involvement throughout the process ensured the space remained authentic to his vision—offering a refined, welcoming experience just steps from Vancouver General Hospital.

JLL Creating a more connected workspace.
In response to evolving workplace dynamics, JLL envisioned a modern office at Metropolis at Metrotown that fosters personal connections among employees. AD Projects, in collaboration with Studio Presber, managed the build-out, delivering a serene and contemporary workspace within a stringent timeline. This project reflects our shared values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence, and we are honored to have realized JLL’s vision, strengthening our partnership for future endeavors.

After 10 years of building a loyal community at their Lonsdale studio, Lagree West was ready for a refresh. AD Projects partnered with Ply Architecture to reimagine the space - a new reception desk, refreshed flooring throughout, upgraded washrooms, and an overall sharper, more elevated design.

E.A.K Ramen Yokohama-style in Toronto.
We're grateful for the trust E.A.K. Ramen placed in us as general contractor for their first Canadian location, tucked into Toronto's Brookfield Place. The Yokohama-style quick-service ramen brand has built a devoted following across Japan, and chose downtown Toronto as the place to bring that experience north. Working alongside Denizens of Design, this project was a good reminder of something we already believe: clear communication and real trust are what actually get a build delivered
