Hello my name is Ryan im 44 was diagnosed with relapse/remitting april 2026. My ms went undiagnosed it was active and aggressive it chewed me up . I went from running and jumping to using a cane inabout 4 years . I dont have many people to talk to about it or understand how brutal it can be.

So I saw a neurologist yesterday, and I kept saying I’m tired over over, and she said instead of saying you’re tired over and over, say you’re blessed over and over and see how it changes your mindset. I have been doing that for a couple of days and wow it really does help 🧡 #ImBlessed 🥰
