APIs for transparent, compliant & reliable 10DLC text messaging for software providers.

About us

Telgorithm was established in 2021 by telecom veterans who, with 20+ years of experience, saw a massive need to set a new standard for quality, support, and transparency in the cloud communication space - particularly for A2P 10DLC messaging. Telgorithm was founded on the principles of transparency, customer experience, responsibility, education, and empathy. We’ve developed innovative technology solutions for 10DLC messaging, but our services go far beyond our API product. Telgorithm is committed to providing the guidance and support needed to be successful in the evolving A2P landscape.

I'm excited to share that I'll be speaking this October at MEF Connects Enterprise Communications USA in San Jose, hosted by Mobile Ecosystem Forum. MEF brings together many of the companies and leaders shaping the future of enterprise communications, and I'm looking forward to sharing my perspective during this year's event. I'll be participating in a panel on Agentic AI, Conversational Commerce & the Future of Customer Engagement, where we'll discuss how AI agents are reshaping customer communications and what businesses need to consider as these interactions become more conversational, automated, and intelligent. I'll also be sharing my perspective on one of the biggest shifts I see happening in messaging today: how RCS is removing one of the biggest barriers to AI-powered customer engagement. As AI conversations become more common, pricing models matter just as much as the technology itself. Session-based Conversational RCS billing has the potential to make continuous AI-powered customer conversations significantly more practical than traditional per-message pricing while delivering the branded, interactive experiences customers increasingly expect. Looking forward to joining some great industry leaders in San Jose. If you'll be at MEF in October, I'd love to connect. 🙌 https://lnkd.in/eSbR8KXj #MEF #RCS #SMS #BusinessMessaging #Telecommunications #A2P

  • What if sending 20 messages in an RCS conversation cost the same as sending 5? That’s the idea behind Conversational RCS. 💡 Instead of paying for every individual Rich or Rich Media Message, qualifying two-way interactions are billed as a single 24-hour session—opening up a very different cost model for support, guided experiences, AI assistants, and other high-turn conversations. Because Telgorithm is one of the first providers to offer Conversational RCS billing, we put together a practical guide covering: • What triggers a Conversational RCS session • How session-based pricing actually works • Real cost models at 1K, 10K, 100K+ monthly sessions • Why the model gets especially interesting for AI and agentic use cases If Conversational RCS is new to you, start here: https://lnkd.in/euD6ZeWU #RCSBusinessMessaging #BusinessMessaging #ConversationalRCS

  • If you understand the 10DLC ecosystem, some of the players in RCS will look familiar—but their roles aren’t always exactly the same. In this clip from our Q&A on The Future of the RCS Compliance Ecosystem, The Campaign Registry’s Saransh Srivastava starts breaking down who’s involved in making RCS Business Messaging work, from the MNOs and Google to the other players connecting brands to the channel. There’s plenty of overlap with the messaging ecosystem you already know—and some important differences. Watch the full segment on YouTube for a deeper dive into each player and where they fit: https://lnkd.in/e9dCheMP #RCS #RCSBusinessMessaging #A2P10DLC

  • Another Toll-Free verification update is coming. 👀 Starting September 15, 2026, new Toll-Free verification submissions will require direct links to both a Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. The change is another sign of a larger shift we’ve been watching: Toll-Free and 10DLC compliance requirements are continuing to converge. That doesn’t mean one channel is becoming “better” or “worse” than the other. It means choosing the right messaging channel should come down to your customers’ use cases, scale, and long-term strategy—not which one appears easier to register. Swipe for what’s changing, then get the full breakdown + compliance checklist ahead of September 15: https://lnkd.in/eHnqQGx8

  • Another Verizon carrier fee increase is on the horizon. Effective October 1, 2026, Verizon will increase its outbound (MT) SMS and RCS Rich pass-through fees from $0.0045 to $0.0050—an 11.1% increase. For SMS, this marks Verizon's second MT fee increase in just five months. We break down what's changing, what's staying the same, and what the increase means at scale: https://lnkd.in/eCtsneZc

Building a company is a series of conversations. Last month, our founding team got together to reflect on how far Telgorithm has come and, more importantly, where we're headed next. When we started Telgorithm, our goal was simple: build the messaging company we wished existed. One that prioritized reliability, transparency, and helping customers navigate an increasingly complex communications landscape. A lot has changed since those early days. The industry has evolved, AI is reshaping customer engagement, and channels like RCS are opening up entirely new possibilities. What hasn't changed is our belief that the best companies keep listening, keep adapting, and keep building for the long term. I'm grateful to be on this journey with my incredible cofounder Yury Semerikov and our teammates. Excited for what's ahead. 🚀 #Telgorithm #SMS #RCS #CloudCommunications #Founders

  • What does the future of business messaging look like—and where does Telgorithm fit into it? Our Co-Founder & CEO Aaron Alter sat down with the Mobile Ecosystem Forum for its latest “5 Minutes With…” feature to talk about where we’ve been, what we’re building, and what we believe is next for the industry. From five years of growth and 100% customer retention to patented Smart Queueing, RCS Business Messaging, and the increasingly important relationship between RCS and SMS, there’s a lot packed into five minutes. 🔥 Thanks to MEF for the feature and for giving us the opportunity to share our story! • One of the topics we covered in our recent Q&A on The Future of the RCS Compliance Ecosystem was where The Campaign Registry (TCR) fits into RCS. TCR's Product Manager of RCS Onboarding, Saransh Srivastava, breaks it down. Drawing on the relationships and experience built through the 10DLC ecosystem, TCR is helping create a more standardized, streamlined onboarding experience between CSPs, CNPs, DCAs, and mobile network operators—making it easier for businesses to get onto the RCS channel. Watch the clip below to hear Saransh explain how TCR's role is evolving as the RCS ecosystem continues to mature. 🎥 Full recording: https://lnkd.in/eGUXJgQr

One of the biggest misconceptions I see about RCS is that it's replacing SMS. It isn't. The organizations that will have the most success with RCS won't be the ones that rush to adopt a new channel. They'll be the ones that first build a reliable messaging foundation. As RCS adoption accelerates, SMS continues to play a critical role, from reliable delivery and fallback to compliance and operational readiness. Rich messaging experiences are exciting, but they only work when the infrastructure beneath them is dependable. I recently shared my perspective on this in a Forbes Technology Council article, where I discuss why the path to RCS still runs through SMS, what businesses should be doing today to prepare, and why reliability remains the most important principle in enterprise messaging. 🚀 🧑🚀 🌖 If you're thinking about your RCS strategy, I'd love to hear from you. • Starting September 15, Toll-Free verification submissions will require direct links to your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. If you're familiar with 10DLC, you've seen this before. The larger trend, though, is worth paying attention to: Toll-Free and 10DLC are no longer defined by "easy" vs. "strict" compliance. As the requirements continue to converge, the better question is which channel best aligns with your customers' use cases, scale, and long-term messaging strategy.
