LOVB Los Angeles is the newest addition to League One Volleyball, launching in 2027. Built in and for LA, the club is bringing together athletes, families, and fans to grow the game from the ground up. The focus is on creating a community that champions elite competition while opening new doors for women and girls across the city.

Los Angeles is the heartbeat of American volleyball. The clubs, the courts, the players who grew up competing across SoCal, this community built the sport. All that was ever missing was a pro team worthy of it. LOVB LA is Los Angeles's professional women's volleyball team and a bet on what women's sports can become.
Founded by Alexis Ohanian, controlling owner and founder of Angel City FC, Los Angeles Golf Club, ATHLOS and minority owner of Chelsea Women’s FC; and backed by 776, the firm he built after co-founding Reddit, LOVB LA was created for a simple reason: the best volleyball players in the world deserve a home in the biggest market in the world.
