It helped me figure out what I wanted to do in the future and find a path that I really enjoy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her time at Reaseheath also involved significant academic progression. Nikola began on the Level 3 Diploma before working hard to achieve her English GCSE and complete the additional units required to progress onto the Extended Diploma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Achievement<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nNikola is particularly proud of finishing with D*DD and securing a job with Surrey Police.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI worked really hard throughout the course, so I\u2019m really happy that all the hard work paid off.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her result reflects not only her academic achievement but the determination she showed throughout her progression at college.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s Next<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nNikola is now beginning her career with Surrey Police and is looking forward to gaining real-world experience, developing her skills and discovering where the career can take her.<\/p>\n<p>She already has a clear long-term ambition: joining the mounted police.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d love to progress within Surrey Police and hopefully one day join the mounted police.
