Symphony generates yield through a diversified set of institutional lending strategies. By blending multiple sources of yield, we aim to reduce concentration risk and provide a more transparent, resilient approach.
Strategy details
Treasury Bills serve as the low-risk anchor of the yield basket, providing short-duration exposure to U.S. government debt. This strategy provides Treasury Bill exposure for on-chain settlement, while the underlying securities are held through regulated brokerage infrastructure.
Treasury Bill exposure is held through Alpaca Securities, a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer and SIPC member. Standard SIPC protects eligible securities and cash up to $500,000 per customer, including $250,000 for cash. Alpaca also maintains excess SIPC coverage through Lloyd's of London, up to $75M in securities and $75M in cash per customer, with a $250M aggregate limit.
Backed by U.S. government debt and focused on short-term T-bills for easier liquidity.
Held through regulated brokerage infrastructure, with SIPC protection for eligible securities and cash if a SIPC-member broker-dealer fails.
Custodian
Regulated broker-dealer custody for the underlying Treasury Bill positions. Alpaca is a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer and SIPC member.
U.S. Treasury bills were selected as the low-risk anchor of the yield strategy. They provide exposure to short-duration U.S. government debt while helping keep capital productive during periods when credit opportunities are less attractive. Underlying Treasury Bill positions are held through regulated brokerage infrastructure, with Alpaca Securities serving as the broker-dealer custodian via Dinari. Liquidity is designed around a T+0 to T+3 redemption window, depending on redemption timing, market conditions, and redemption size.
