WillDom is a rightsourcing leader in connecting growing companies with top tech talent to support their innovative, digital transformation efforts. WillDom delivers specialized software development services and engineering talent (the “Network Service”), and provides the Platform (WAVE) in order for Users to operate through it for several purposes, such as, but not limited to, organizing their own talents and projects, or uploading hours, among others.

WillDom operates under a monetization model that combines a fixed fee and a variable fee structure, designed to align mutual growth and ensure fairness in all business relationships conducted through the Platform.

Fixed Fee:
All new Users are entitled to a two-month free trial period for the fixed fee. After that period, a monthly fee will apply based on the number of active signed contracts under the User’s account:

• USD 399 → 0 to 2 active contracts

• USD 699 → 3 to 4 active contracts

• USD 999 → From the 5th active contract onward

Variable Fee:
In addition to the fixed fee, WillDom applies a 5% variable fee on the total value of each project generated through the Platform. This fee is distributed proportionally to the participation percentage of each operator involved in the project.

For example, in staffing engagements—where business value is typically shared 50% by the entity providing the client and 50% by the entity providing the delivery capacity—each party would pay 2.5% of the total project value. However, in other types of projects, where participation percentages may differ (e.g., 60/40), the variable fee will be allocated accordingly, based on each party’s share of the project
This variable fee is effective from the first day a contract is registered on the Platform and does not include a free trial period. It is invoiced monthly as contracts are executed and applies independently of the User’s fixed-fee tier.

Payment Terms:
Payments must be made within the first five (5) business days of each month. Invoices will be issued according to the applicable fixed and variable fee schedule.

Cancellation:
Users may cancel participation at any time without penalty. To avoid being billed for the next month, we recommend providing written notice at least ten (10) days before the end of the month.
In case of cancellation while having active contracts subject to the variable fee, such fee will continue to apply until each contract has been fully completed.
