NEWS: The SEC has finalized penalties for programs that violate its new professional sports eligibility rule, per multiple reports. Violations will result in: • Head coach suspended for 50% of the season • Fine equal to 50% of the sport’s annual operating budget • SEC voting

NEWS: Minnesota transfer Langston Reynolds has committed to Northern Colorado, the school announced. Reynolds averaged 11.6 PPG, 4.5 APG and 4.3 RPG last season after previously spending three seasons at Northern Colorado, and was named in the Colorado injunction.
