    God showing out today. I was behind this truck on the way to work. The license plate has XRP on it. Also, the first three numbers were my mom’s birthday. Then the cross on the windshield. I feel like the universe was trying to tell me something with this one.

    @simonsquibb my life dream is to purchase Blockbuster’s IP. I have a 15-25% chance of accomplishing this in my lifetime if I chase it alone. But would love to accomplish earlier in life and modernize the concept and business model to bring the same joy to the current youth that

    Being in landscaping I can attest to this. It’s the easiest time in history to offer a home service business. Simply be consistent with service frequency, quality and communication and you’ll never go without. Marker yourself as the company that never fucking misses and follow

    Service quality has collapsed everywhere: AI call centers, no response from companies, hotels don't care, contractors, retail. Most people whine about it. But also, what a low bar to build better.
