    Building a product with an agent comes down to 3 things: 1. What you are actually trying to ship. 2. Whether your agent has a spec to work from. 3. Whether that spec reflects where the project is right now. Fix the context and the drift disappears on its own.

    Talking to a builder who skipped validation is a painful conversation. They have no ICP. They have no wedge. It is almost impossible to agree on scope because they do not want to admit the spec was never written. Painful.

    Some specs are load-bearing. If you skip them, your agent will not wait for a better one. It will just build the wrong thing.
