    Just a wee reminder for anybody who might need it today 💛 We've been there. And even when it feels like things won’t shift… they eventually do. Talking helps. Fresh air helps. Glimmers help. Time helps. And sometimes just knowing somebody else understands helps too.

    Who looked at the weather forecast, saw “heavy chance of rain” and still thought: “Aye… a Tree of Knowledge photo shoot in the park eating ice cream sounds brilliant.” Turns out they were absolutely right. Today, if it is sunny or not, go get yourself a wee ice cream!
