We're currently investigating an issue where subscription options and historical invoices are not loading.
Currently it's not possible to make changes to your subscription, add or remove extra services, or download old invoices.
This does not affect monitoring or alerting.
We will update the status page as soon as we have more information.
We continue investigating this issue. It's an intermittent issue in loading the page, if you refresh and the page loads you will be able to make subscription changes.
It is not an issue with payment processing or anything financial, merely a problem with displaying the page. It does not affect alerting, monitoring or any other part of Pingdom.
The issue has been resolved. If a page doesn't show up correctly, refresh without cache and it will work.
