What is Agentale?

Agentale is a pixel-art adventure game that teaches complete beginners to code in Python, then to build their own AI agents. You explore a world with a companion, and every quest asks you to write real Python that runs right in your browser. Today the world has 6 open regions, 29 quests and 3 boss projects. You can play as a guest, with no account. Starter Village takes about twenty minutes and needs nothing installed.

How a quest goes

  1. A villager asks for help

    Elder Bramwick

    “Ah, a new traveller! And you have brought a companion with you.”

    Walk up and talk. Every quest starts with someone in the world who needs something.

  2. You write the Python

    A short lesson and a quick check, then real code you fix or write and run until it passes.

  3. Your companion keeps the skill

    Unlocks Speak100 XPDex: Print

    It gains an ability, you earn XP, and the idea goes in your Dex for good.
