Relationships, attachment and inner work
There is a quiet blueprint running underneath your relationships. You can finally see it.
I am Anna. I help you make sense of the patterns that shape how you love and are loved: the late-night overthinking, the self that goes missing to keep the peace, the ache of wanting to be truly met. Not with clichés, but with real psychology, spoken gently.
A framework-based assessment, not a personality quiz. About 5 to 7 minutes, and your answers stay private.

Meet Anna
For years I have studied why we love the way we do: attachment, the nervous system, the quiet patterns we inherit long before we have words for them. And I have sat beside many people in the tender middle of it all. Not as an expert looking down, but as someone who has walked the road too.
My work is grounded in real psychology, never in shame or quick fixes. I believe the quality of our bonds is the quality of our lives, and that genuine connection is not a luxury but a human need everyone deserves the chance to learn.
With warmth, Anna.
Does any of this sound familiar?
The way you love was shaped long before you could choose it: by attachment, by old wounds, by the survival responses your body learned, by needs that quietly went unmet. None of it is a flaw. It is how you adapted, brilliantly, to what you lived through.
None of this means something is wrong with you. It means you learned to love in conditions that did not always feel safe, and your patterns are doing exactly what they were built to do. That can change, gently, once you can finally see it.
Two gentle places to begin
Awareness is the doorway. Both of these are free, private, and built to help you recognise yourself in the language a counsellor would use.
A framework-based self-assessment, not a personality quiz.
In a few quiet minutes, your answers are read through attachment theory, schema therapy, the trauma-response model and Transactional Analysis, and given back to you as your own personal formulation: the map running underneath how you love.
About 5 to 7 minutes. No wrong answers, only your truth.
A free psychological guide on love, attachment and the two hidden blueprints.
The empty feeling is not a flaw, it is a signal. This gentle guide shows you the two childhood blueprints, yours and theirs, the survival responses, and the unmet need underneath, so the way you love finally starts to make sense.

The approach
Everything here is grounded in established clinical models, then translated into language that actually helps. No jargon, no shame, no quick fixes that fall apart by Monday. These are the frameworks the quiz and the guide are built on.
John Bowlby and Mary Ainsworth
The deep, mostly unconscious template, formed in your earliest bonds, for how safe it feels to need someone and to be needed.
Jeffrey Young
How a young mind, meeting unmet needs, forms the self-defining themes, the core wounds, that quietly run into adult love.
Dr Sue Johnson
Beneath every reaction in love sits a softer primary feeling and a simple question: am I safe with you, do I matter, will you stay?
Dr Stephen Porges
Why the body reacts before the mind can think, mobilising to fight or flee, or dropping into freeze or fawn, faster than choice.
Eric Berne
The Parent, Adult and Child within us, and the part that takes the wheel in conflict when the grounded adult goes briefly offline.
Pete Walker
The four survival responses, fight, flight, freeze and fawn, the old automatic moves that once kept you safe in love.
The path ahead
Seeing your pattern is where change begins, but a blueprint written that early does not rewrite itself. Two things are on their way for the road after the quiz. Founding members hear first, and get the gentlest price these will ever have.
A guided, self-paced journey from insight to change.
Eight modules that walk you through the work itself, each with a guided self-session so you do the healing, not just read about it: settling the body when the old alarm fires, meeting the younger part underneath the pattern, re-deciding the beliefs you never chose, and changing the dance inside your relationship.
Founding members get first access and the lowest price it will ever have.
Your private relationship counsellor, in your pocket.
The assessment, lived day to day: a private pattern journal, a library that explains what is happening in plain language, guided practices for hard moments, gentle daily prompts, and ideas to grow the relationship you are in.
A project of the LOV Association. Opening after the course.
Honest answers
No. Everything here is education and coaching for self-reflection: understanding your attachment style, your childhood blueprint and the patterns running underneath how you love. I am a certified counsellor and life coach, and this work never replaces therapy, diagnosis or medical care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local helpline.
Yes. The assessment takes about five to seven minutes, is completely free, and your answers are scored on your own device. You receive a full written profile of your pattern: your attachment style, core wounds, survival response and the pairing dynamic it creates.
A guided, self-paced journey that turns insight into change: regulating the body, meeting the younger part underneath the pattern, re-deciding old beliefs, and changing the dance inside your relationship. It draws on the same methods a good therapist would use, made simple and doable. It opens soon, and founding members get the lowest price it will ever have.
