- • Generated images and videos are retained on Cloudflare R2 for 30 days; persist to your own storage within that window.
- • Pay as you go with no monthly fee. Top up from $10 — every price on this site is in US dollars (USD). Alipay charges the CNY equivalent at the day’s rate; Stripe and PayPal charge USD directly.
- • Per-second video pricing is billed at the maximum requested duration (e.g., 30s cap on Kling Motion Control).
- • We proxy upstream APIs verbatim — capabilities and rate limits inherit from the upstream provider.
Note: per-second video pricing doesn't apply to fixed-tier models like Grok Video 3 (billed per clip). Token-based pricing doesn't apply to image or video models — those are billed per call.

How does APIMODELS reach prices up to 95% lower than official?
We buy model capacity at volume prices across several upstream channels and keep a thin margin, which is why most models cost less here than at their maker. Every result is generated by the official model, and we guarantee it.
Is the model output identical to the official API?
Yes. Every result is generated by the official model you call, and we guarantee it; only the price and the entry endpoint differ. A few models are also offered as separate lower-cost lines with their own model IDs (marked Lite, budget or Dreamina), and their model pages say how they differ from the standard version, for example in resolution, speed or moderation.
Which payment methods are supported?
Stripe (Visa, Mastercard and other international cards), PayPal, Alipay and USDT. Top-ups start at $10 and credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment succeeds.
Do generated files expire?
Generated images, videos and audio are kept on our Cloudflare R2 storage for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Download or re-host anything you need to keep beyond that.
Can I use the OpenAI or Anthropic SDK directly?
Both SDKs work without code changes. Point base_url to https://api.apimodels.app/v1 and use your APIMODELS key — /v1/messages is Anthropic-compatible and /v1/chat/completions is OpenAI-compatible.

Does APIMODELS support MCP?
Yes. The apimodels-mcp server installs with one npx command and lets Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cherry Studio and other MCP clients generate images, video, speech and chat through your APIMODELS key, including a review_image tool so the assistant can check and regenerate its own output. Is there a free trial or free credit?
Yes, a small one. New accounts get $0.1 of trial credit when they sign up with Google using a personal mailbox (such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, QQ Mail or 163) or with Alipay — enough for a few image generations or a handful of chat requests to confirm your integration works. It is given once per person: only one new account per IP address within 48 hours receives it, and Google accounts on company or custom email domains do not. There is no permanent free tier: after that it’s pay-as-you-go from $10 with no monthly fee, and failed requests are never billed. If you need an ongoing free quota, the providers’ own free tiers (such as Gemini in Google AI Studio) are a better fit.
Can I pay without an international credit card, and does it work from mainland China?
Yes to both. You can pay with Alipay (charged in CNY at the day’s rate), PayPal or USDT, so no international credit card is required; Stripe card payments work too. api.apimodels.app/v1 is reachable from mainland China without a proxy, and signing up with Google or Alipay needs no organization or phone verification. Top-ups start at $10 and credit instantly.
Besides GPT, Claude and Gemini, which models can I call — including Chinese models like DeepSeek and Qwen?
Chat models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI (Grok) are joined by DeepSeek (V4 Flash, V4.1 Flash, V4 Pro), Qwen (3.8 Flash / Max, 3.7 Plus / Max) and Zhipu GLM (5.2, 5.3), all on the same OpenAI-compatible endpoint — just change the model parameter.
