Questions
How long does it take to receive my data bundle?
Data is usually delivered within a few minutes after your MoMo payment is confirmed. During busy periods it may take a little longer.
What happens if I do not receive my data?
If your data has not arrived after 30 minutes, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment receipt and phone number. We will sort it out.
Can I get a refund if the data is not delivered?
Yes. If delivery fails and we cannot resolve it, we will refund your MoMo payment in full.
I was charged but got the wrong bundle. What do I do?
Reach out to us on WhatsApp right away with your receipt and the correct details. We will fix it or refund you.
