Before you launch
Customers rarely tell you the whole problem.
They hesitate. Misunderstand the value. Doubt a claim. Compare you with something unexpected. Then they leave. Benki’s simulated sceptics surface those unspoken objections before they become lost sales.
A report your AI agent can work from.
Take the evidence into ChatGPT, Claude, or your preferred agent and turn it into a plan for what to fix, test, or clarify next.
Where the personas come from.
You define the audience: role, company size, region, and whatever separates a buyer from a bystander. Benki composes 50, 100, or 300 personas, sends each one the same survey, then clusters their answers.

The job is to surface the assumption you have not questioned yet, then tell you which one is worth the cost of a real interview. It runs before you spend on live research, not instead of it.
Where the panels come from, and what the method cannot tell you, is written down in full. None of it is buried in a footnote.

- It is structured AI simulation, not a replacement for live interviews. Benki runs a panel of personas shaped by your audience brief against your decision, finds patterns across their responses, and surfaces what to test next. Use it before you spend on real interviews, not instead of them.
- Three things: multiple personas each with a role, segment and context; structured questions that stay consistent across the whole panel; and a decision report with objections, demand signals and segments. You can also interview any persona individually or as a group afterwards.
- You define the audience using role, company size, region and other ICP filters. Benki composes a persona panel from that brief, and you can review, edit, swap or pin individual personas before the study runs.
- Treat the results as directional qualitative evidence, not statistical certainty. Benki is built to expose weak assumptions and show what deserves real-world validation. We are specific about the limits of the method. Read how the method holds up.
- Most studies take 15 to 40 minutes, depending on panel size and research depth. Start the run, go grab a chai, and Benki will simulate the responses, analyse the patterns and prepare the report.
One decision. 15 to 40 minutes.
Bring the question you have been arguing about internally. Get back the objections you had not thought of and the one thing worth testing next.
