AANHPI Suicide Loss Survivors Support Group

This group is for Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander adults who have lost someone to suicide. It's a free, confidential, peer-led virtual space grounded in shared cultural experience — no need to explain the family dynamics, stigma, or silence that often come with this kind of loss here. We already understand.

This is a peer support group, not group therapy or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, call or text 988 from anywhere at anytime.

Date: 2nd Tuesday of the Month

Time: 6:30 PM EST

Virtual via Zoom. Link will be provided prior to each meeting
