Fang Li

Biography

I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, advised by Prof. Narendra Ahuja. Previously, I worked with Volodymyr Kindratenko during my master’s program at UIUC. My research focuses on 3D scene tokenization, reconstruction, and generation, targeting simulation for autonomous vehicles and robotics.

I am open to full-time research internship opportunities for summer 2027. Happy to discuss potential fits.
We are looking for undergraduate or master’s students interested in working on 3D reconstruction and generation. Prospective students are welcome to email me their CVs.
