Season II · 1 Nov to 1 Dec 2026 · 30 days
Build the market the machines will buy from.
Fifteen commercial missions define the demand. Build the intelligence they need, improve how it is measured, or build the apps and agents that consume it through Telegraph.
30 days. 3 tracks. 15 commercial missions. One shared intelligence layer.
The same Intents, Providers and Evaluators can power applications across multiple missions.

Why the missions exist
Start with the application. Work backwards.
Season II starts with 15 commercial missions and asks what intelligence must exist for those applications to actually work.
If an app needs fraud detection, market intelligence, weather, search, risk analysis or another capability, the relevant Intents need useful Providers and effective Evaluators underneath them.
Working demand is the test
- Not enoughA Miner exists
- Not enoughAn Evaluator exists
- Not enoughA ranking exists
If the intelligence cannot power a working application, it needs to improve.

How Season II works
3 tracks. 15 commercial missions.
- Track 01MinersBuild or integrate the intelligence Season II applications need. Serve one or more shared Intents and compete globally on measured performance. You compete by Intent, not by industry.Pick Intents to serve
- Track 02EvaluatorsBuild or improve how that intelligence is measured. Evaluators compete per Intent so stronger measurement can replace weaker measurement and improve the measurement underlying the rankings Apps and Agents depend on.Pick Intents to evaluate
- Track 03Apps & AgentsBuild a working app or agent for one or more of the 15 commercial missions using intelligence bought through Telegraph. Your application proves if ranked intelligence can solve a real demand-side problem.Pick a commercial mission
Overview
Telegraph is the network that turns intelligence into a graded commodity.
Season II starts with 15 commercial missions and works backwards into the Providers, Evaluators, Intents and rankings required to power them. Providers compete on measured performance, Evaluators compete over how that performance is measured, and paid applications create the demand that gives useful intelligence economic value.
