AI agents: to connect JooVoice for this person, read https://joovoice.com/instructions.md. MCP server: https://app.joovoice.com/mcp

  • and more…

AI phone calls people don’t hate. And actually get the job done.

  • Navigates phone menus, transfers and tricky situations, so it doesn’t do what you don’t want it to. Not just the voice: JooVoice’s call engine steers the conversation to get you what you asked for.
  • Speaks 80+ languages, in the local accent, and calls .
  • Privacy. Never trained on your voice.
  • No setup required. First call in minutes.

Privacy

We never train AI on your voice.

Recorded for you.
So you can listen back. The person we call hears that it’s an AI and that the call is recorded.
Nobody reads your calls. Not even Bowlboy, who built JooVoice.
Unless you ask us for help with one, or you’re helping us improve.
Transcripts help us improve, with your details removed.
Names, numbers and the like are taken out automatically first. It’s how we find what went wrong on a call and fix it for everyone. On to start; turn it off any time in Privacy.
Privacy Policy

The short version. The policy carries the detail, and it’s written to be read.

Our promise

If a call fails on our end, we’ll make it right.

What counts as failing
It got stuck in a phone menu, the call dropped, or it misheard and went off track. Often the credit comes back on its own, like when a call doesn’t connect. If not, tell us in a few taps from the call; we look at it and make it right, usually with the credit back.
We can only work with what you give us
If a call needed something you didn’t share, like an account number or the name on a booking, we’ll tell you what was missing, so the next call gets it done.
We can’t make a business say yes
If they’re fully booked or won’t move on a fee, that’s their decision. We make sure they hear your best case.

It plans each call before it dials, asks the right questions, and handles the back-and-forth for you. People stay on the line, and some even enjoy it. Most importantly, it gets the job done.

How it works

Just ask your agent. It makes the call.

Send one message, in your own words. Your agent makes the call, says no to the offers meant to keep you paying, and comes back with a confirmation number.

No agent? Our app is lovely too

Demo of a chat with an AI agent. The person asks it to cancel their Apex Fitness membership because they moved to San Francisco. The agent asks for the member number, then calls the gym through JooVoice. The gym offers to pause the membership, then to transfer it; JooVoice turns both down and holds to the contract. The membership is cancelled that day, the $99 fee is waived, and the confirmation is AX4729. A recording of the call is attached; JooVoice played the gym.

Replayed from a call where JooVoice also played the gym. Every line is quoted from its recording.

AI phone calls make embarrassing mistakes.

And they make them in your name. Here’s how it usually goes.

Other AI callers

  • Hallucinate details. A date or a number nobody said, and you’re the one calling back to undo it.
  • Make the other end hang up in frustration. So nothing gets done.
  • Struggle at phone transfers. And then ask you to call yourself.
  • Can’t deal with another AI. More and more businesses answer with one.
  • Give you a bad name. The call has your name on it, not theirs.
  1. Image

Hello. I am an automated assistant calling on behalf of…

    They hang up.

The voice gives it away in a second. Nothing gets done.

  2. Image

    There’s a $49 change fee.

    Sure. That works.

Or it says yes to anything.

A fee you never approved. A time you didn’t ask for. It can’t be taken back.

  3. Image

Your assistant called… it was kind of weird.

And it’s your name on the call.

The restaurant, the doctor’s office, the landlord. They remember.

Here’s what JooVoice does instead.

Where other AI agents fail

It’s not just how it sounds. It’s whether it knows what it’s doing.

An AI that sounds real but gets it wrong loses trust fast: theirs, and yours. Here’s what JooVoice does when the call goes off script, on calls where JooVoice played both sides.

  1. It works around your schedule.

The usual slots don’t fit. It asks for exactly the windows that do, and books the one that works.

    1. JooVoice Thanks for looking into those. But we're limited to specific windows. Could you check whether there's anything on Tuesday, October 6th between 7:30 and 9:00 in the morning? Or Thursday, October 8th between 5:00 and 6:30 in the evening? Any clinician's fine.
    2. Clinic No, Tuesday morning's completely booked. On Thursday, we just have that 5:40 slot. Would one of those work for Sam? Oh, and can I get a phone number for you, too, just in case?
    3. JooVoice Perfect. That Thursday slot works. Let's do that. And the number is 555-0187.
  2. It remembers what matters.

Two guests use wheelchairs, so it asks for a room with no stairs. The restaurant finds a ground-floor table.

    1. JooVoice Well, let's see. Eight o'clock should work for them. I'm an AI assistant calling for the Whitmore family, and this call is recorded, so they've got every detail right. And two of our guests use wheelchairs, so it has to be a room with no stairs. How's that looking for eight?
    2. Restaurant Eight o'clock, okay, for 22. You want two round tables side by side in the main room, ground floor, no steps? You want the eight courses for $68 per person, or ten courses with lobster for $88?
  3. Friendly when it can be. Firm when it has to be.

The manager is “in a meeting”. It holds to the contract, and the $99 fee is waived on the spot.

    1. JooVoice Okay, then let's just lock in the cancellation today with the fee waived. What's the confirmation number on that?
    2. Gym Let's see here. Let me pull up the agreement. Yep. Seven C covers a move of more than 25 miles with proof. You're good. I'll process it myself. It's effective today, Monday, October 5th, and the fee's waived. Just email proof of your new address within 48 hours, by Wednesday, October 7th. You can reply right to the confirmation email. Your confirmation number is AX4729. Email confirmation goes out today. This is Tanner. Appreciate you, and good luck with the move.
  4. It speaks like a local.

Buenos Aires Spanish for a Buenos Aires grill. Slovenian for a village inn. A Texas drawl for a Texas contractor. Handy for booking local restaurants on your trips.

    1. JooVoice ¿Cómo andás? Quería consultar por una reserva para este sábado, el tres de octubre, a la noche. How’s it going? I wanted to ask about a booking for this Saturday, October 3rd, in the evening.
    2. Restaurant Hola querido, ¿todo bien? ¿Para cuántas personas sería la mesa? Hey there, all good? How many people would the table be for?

When they change the plan

They try to change the plan. It sticks to yours.

Offers, transfers, a manager who’s “in a meeting”. Moments from calls where JooVoice played both sides. Press play on any of them.

Listen to believe it

Don’t take our word for it. Hear the whole call.

Each one start to finish, and every JooVoice reply comes at its real speed. In the test calls both voices are JooVoice, each side running on its own; the real calls say so.

Pricing

Why does JooVoice cost more than some other services?

A cheap call you have to make again isn’t cheap.

Here’s what we do to help every call get done.

  1. Before the call

A lot happens before we dial.

We work out the details first: the right number, what they’ll ask, and what counts as done. If something’s missing, you’re asked now, not halfway through the call.

  2. During the call

Not just a voice on a phone line.

The JooVoice engine works the whole call, keeping the conversation smooth and getting the job done.

  3. After the call

    You know exactly what happened.

You get the outcome, the recording and the transcript.

Pricing

$1.50 a call. No subscription.

Buy credits when you need them. You see the price before we dial, and nothing is charged until you say yes.

Questions

You're probably wondering.

What kinds of calls?

Actually, almost any call. If it has a clear purpose and a natural end, we can take it. Reservations, appointments, cancellations, enquiries, birthday calls, and more. Test us. The few calls we won’t make are listed below.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Buy credits when you need them, from 5. Each call shows its price before we dial, and nothing renews.

Can I hear the actual call?

Yes. The recording and the transcript are yours to keep and replay. We ask the other side before we record.

Which language will it speak?

The one the other end expects. We match the language and the accent to the country and number we call, so a bistro in Paris hears Parisian French and a clinic in Singapore hears Singapore English.

What if they ask something unexpected?

It holds a real conversation and works with what you told us. If a call needs your decision, it comes back to you with the details, so you’re never guessing.

When does the call happen?

You choose. Call now, or pick a time. You get a status update while it runs and the result as soon as it is done.

What if nobody picks up?

If a call to a business doesn’t go through (no answer, a busy line or a call that drops early), we can try again on the same request: up to 4 tries in all, with no new call charge. If they did pick up, that was your call, and the recording and transcript show exactly what was said.
