01

One inbox for every product

Stop checking five support addresses. Every product, one queue.

02

Replies already drafted

Answers written from your help center, waiting for one click.

03

Noise never reaches you

Spam is filtered. Link sellers get your standard reply.

04

Docs that write themselves

What you ship each week becomes draft help articles and release notes.

How it works

From five inboxes to one click per reply.

Step 1

Add each product

Add a product by adding its support address or domain. Its email starts landing in one inbox, threaded by conversation.

Step 2

Every message sorted

Each email is classified in under a second: support, bug, feature request, refund, link seller, partnership or spam. Spam never reaches you.

Step 3

Rules do the routine

Per product rules answer link sellers, check refunds against your policy, and forward bugs and requests to your team with context.

Step 4

You approve, it sends

Every ticket comes with a draft. Approve, edit or decline it. Replies go out in the same thread, from that product’s own address.

Rules per product

Every email gets the right next step.

DNS step keeps failing

I added the record twice and the domain check still fails. What am I missing?

Support question
Draft reply

Hi Maya, that check usually fails while the old record is still cached. Remove the old CNAME, wait ten minutes, then press Verify again.

Drafted from your own help center

Kamaan finds the help articles that answer the question and drafts the reply from them. You approve it, edit it or decline it.

You stay in charge

Read it. Approve it. Next.

Every ticket arrives with a draft. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so, and every reply looks like it came from you, because it did.

  • Same thread, same address. Replies go out in the original email thread, from that product's support address.
  • Approve, edit or decline. One click when the draft is right, a quick edit when it is close.
  • Money stays with you. Refunds become approval requests. Kamaan never moves money.

FAQ

Questions founders ask first.

What is Kamaan?
Kamaan is your blog, help center and support inbox in one place. It is built for founders and small teams who run several products and want docs and support together, without paying for a help desk, a docs tool and a blog CMS separately.
How do I bring a product’s support email into Kamaan?
Add the product by adding its support address or domain. Email to that address lands in your one inbox, threaded by conversation and labelled with the product it came from. Replies go out in the same thread, from that product’s own support address.
Does Kamaan reply to customers on its own?
Every ticket gets a draft that you approve, edit or decline. The exception is the rule you set up yourself: guest post and link price asks get your standard reply straight away. Spam is filtered and never reaches you.
How are refund requests handled?
Each refund request is checked against that product’s refund policy. If it fits, it becomes an approval request for a person on your team. If it does not, you get a kind decline draft to review. Kamaan never moves money.
Where do the drafted answers come from?
From your own help center articles in Kamaan. The better your docs, the better the drafts. Each week, Kamaan also turns the work you merged into draft help articles and release notes for you to review, so your docs keep up with what you ship.
Can Claude work my support inbox?
Yes. Kamaan has an MCP server, so Claude can list your tickets and approve or decline drafts. The same connection runs your blog and help center: write, translate and publish from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GrokGrok Bot or any MCP client.
Does the support widget run on my domain?
Yes. Point a subdomain such as support.yourdomain.com at Kamaan with a CNAME, then add one script tag to your site. The widget gives visitors a contact form and a search across your help center, served from your own domain.
Can I still use Kamaan just for my blog?
Yes. Articles are SEO-ready, organised into collections and translated into the languages you pick, each at its own URL with hreflang. Content is served through a REST API to Next.js, Nuxt, Astro or any framework, with RSS feeds included. Building tags for pages hosted elsewhere? Our hreflang tag generator writes the same markup by hand.
