Tell us what's wrong
In your own words — "my laptop takes ten minutes to start," "the office printer vanished again." Post any time. Technicians can pick up jobs around the clock.
Your money waits with us
Koadi holds your payment. The tech can see it's real, but can't touch it. They get to work: screen-share, phone call, or at your door.
Happy? Then they're paid
You check the work first. Your approval releases the payment. If it's not fixed, tell us. The money stays held while we review, and the outcome can be a redo, a partial payment or a refund.
We're not a directory. We finish the job.
On Koadi, one tech takes your job, you can follow the progress, and Koadi holds your payment until you confirm the work is done.

Questions, answered.
How fast can someone help me?
Technicians are notified the moment you post. How quickly one takes it depends on the job and who is available. For in-person visits, timing depends on technicians near you.
When am I charged — and is my money safe?
On a bid job your card is charged when you accept a technician's bid. On a fixed-price job it is charged when you post. Either way the money doesn't go to the technician: Koadi holds it until you confirm the job is done. Cancel before work starts and you're refunded automatically, in full.
Who are the technicians?
Independent technicians who pass a government ID check before they can take a job. Clients can rate each finished job, and you see a technician's rating when they bid on or take your job.
What does it cost?
There's no fixed rate. Posting is free. You set a fixed price, or technicians send their own bids and you pick one, so the price is agreed before work starts.
Do you come to my home, or is it all online?
Both. Lots of problems — slow computers, email trouble, software issues — are fixed remotely while you watch on a screen-share. When hands are needed (new office setup, hardware repairs, Wi-Fi dead zones), you can get an on-site visit when a verified technician near you takes the job.
You've restarted it three times.
