I just want to leave a wonderful review for Louie at the beachside gift shop. He went above and beyond to help us. We purchased a bracelet for my daughter a few days ago - who then dropped it on our way back to London at the service station, I called the gift shop and Louie answered and was super helpful. He totally understood how upsetting it was for my daughter and sent me photos of the bracelets they had left in stock so she could choose another one, then arranged payment and postage to us in London. What a super star you are. Thank you. We absolutely loved the beachside and are there every day. Such a majestic place!

This place has a 5* for hygiene rating. I'm not quite sure how. The outside tables were dirty, the floors in the cafe were dirty and sticky as you go in. The mats are filthy. The disabled loo was disgusting. Faeces around the rim, no soap and paper total holder broken and all over the floor....a health and safety risk in many ways. I ordered a toasted panini, I got a toasted chibatta that was flavoured with Indian spices. My hot chocolate never arrived. My friend went in to see where it was and was totally ignored by staff. In the meantime my friend's breakfast got cold and was wasted. The hot chocolate was the highlight if the meal. The chibatta was left and a waste of money.
