These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants registering for the Owlchemy Programme. By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Section 1: Registration and Eligibility

1. Accuracy of Information All information provided during the registration process must be accurate and complete.
2. Acceptance into the Programme Submission of this registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the Programme. Acceptance is strictly subject to the approval of the Organiser.
3. No Fees Participation in the Owlchemy Programme is completely free of charge.
4. Age Requirement & Parental Consent Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the explicit consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before participating in the Programme.
5. Registration Deadline The registration deadline is 15 September 2026, unless otherwise revised by the Organiser.

Section 2: Participation and Requirements

6. Active Engagement Participants are expected to actively participate in all programme activities, including mentoring sessions, training sessions, challenges, and other programme-related events.
7. Minimum Attendance Requirement Participants are strictly required to attend a minimum of three (3) official programme sessions.
8. Compliance with Rules Participants shall comply with all programme rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the Organiser.
9. Team Assignments and Arrangements The Organiser reserves the right to assign, reassign, regroup, or place participants into different teams at any time to meet programme objectives, operational requirements, or team balance.

Section 3: Organiser's Rights and Program Alterations

10. Right to Amend and Update Schedule The Organiser reserves the right to amend the programme schedule, venue, activities, format, or requirements where necessary.
11. Right to Alter Programme Structure The Organiser reserves the right to amend, update, or revise the programme structure, team arrangements, rules, requirements, participation conditions, and schedule at any time. Any updates will be communicated through:
    • Official programme communication channels
    • Social media platforms
    • The official website
12. Right to Dismiss or Remove Participants The Organiser reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or detrimental to the Programme.
13. Finality of Decisions The Organiser's decisions regarding all programme matters, including eligibility, team arrangements, awards, and disputes, shall be final and binding.

Section 4: Privacy, Media, and Liability

14. Media and Promotional Consent Photos, videos, audio recordings, and other media captured during the Programme may be used by the Organiser for marketing, publicity, educational, reporting, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. Data Protection & Privacy Participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for programme administration, communication, reporting, and other related purposes.
16. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Programme.

Section 5: Acknowledgment

17. Agreement to Terms By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Process, fulfill, and manage your registration and active participation in the Owlchemy Programme.
• Communicate with you regarding programme schedule, venue changes, mentoring sessions, and updates.
• Funnel your contact information (email and phone number) into communication, training, and customer engagement platforms (such as Enginemailer, respond.io, email lists, and message groups) to send programme updates, newsletters, announcements, and automated communications.
• Review eligibility, track session attendance, and manage team/programme arrangements.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data with trusted partners and third parties necessary to operate the Programme:

• Programme Partners & Venue Hosts: Sharing required details with venue partners (e.g., Dwi Emas International School, Shah Alam) for access, security, and hosting.
• Mentors & Facilitators: Sharing candidate profiles with assigned mentors and training coordinators to facilitate the mentoring and educational sessions.
• Logistics & Delivery: Sharing address and contact information with couriers or delivery partners if we send program materials or awards.

5. Cookies and Web Tracking

We utilize web tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other web performance tools, to track site behavior, optimize our website, and deliver targeted campaign communications. Cookies help us understand how you use our site and allow us to provide a personalized experience.
