If Peerbound wasn't already in place when I joined Gainsight, I would have bought it immediately—it's a must-have in my tech stack.

Peerbound is always working on something new for its customers. Y'all understand the importance of numbers and reporting, especially in the marketing space where attribution can get murky. Truly an incredible team working on an incredible product.
For us, we've seen a 24% win rate when using proof, versus an 18% win rate without proof. Even that 6% difference is significant for our enterprise deals.
Now that sales have all this access to our proof, and since I'm validating they're using it the right way, I've noticed that our customer reference calls are going down. The number of reference call requests is decreasing. Tickets to the success team are going down. That team is being alleviated, and cross-functional partnership is much stronger, so that's an added benefit.
With one of our products specifically, there is a 5.7X increase in win rates with deals that have proof in them.
What do you like best about Peerbound?
What I love most about Peerbound is how it simplifies and speeds up creating customer proof. Finding great customer quotes from calls and turning them into approvals or even full stories has become so much easier. The way it pulls quotes directly from call transcripts and keeps everything organized by account reduces so much of the manual work we used to do. The ability to search for specific buzzwords or topics also helps a ton when we're supporting specific campaigns, like Salesforce compete. It's also nice that Peerbound integrates well with tools like Gong to pull in even more data. Their support team has been fantastic at helping us get set up and making adjustments as we provide feedback. Features like proactive proof emails and the upcoming Teams bot will make it even easier for our sales teams to quickly access the right content, which people are already pretty excited about. It's been a great tool for scaling how we manage and share customer stories across teams.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
I wish that I could directly link to the approved quote for my colleagues to use. I wish that I could remove the peerbound logo from our quote cards and that headshots and logos were sourced so that I don't have to upload those myself when creating the quote slides. I also wish that I would sort by call type, like sales or customer success. All in all these are VERY minor issues with a platform that has saved me hundreds of ours!
What do you like best about Peerbound?
Peerbound has been fantastic for streamlining how we create and share customer proof. The integration with Gong has been a game changer, making it so easy to surface real advocacy moments directly from customer calls. The Slack bot is a hit, our teams query it constantly, with thousands of searches in just a few months, pulling exactly what they need without digging through tons of resources. It's super intuitive, so onboarding new users has been painless. What I also love is how Peerbound actively helps us optimize. For example, it flags gaps in our content, surfaces amazing customer moments we might've missed, and constantly adds value by pushing relevant proof when and where it's needed. Their team is so responsive and open, really working with us to get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
One area where Peerbound could improve is around optimizing first drafts for customer stories. While it's faster than before, we'd love those drafts to align even closer with our brand voice upfront to minimize revisions. Additionally, ensuring consistency with things like casing in accordance with our style guide would be helpful. That said, the Peerbound team has been great about taking feedback and making iterative improvements, so I'm confident they'll address these small tweaks over time.
What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peerbound helps us get customer proof into the hands of our sales and marketing teams faster and more effectively. It's reduced the time from capturing customer moments to delivering usable stories and assets, saving countless hours. With 20,000 moments processed in just three months and nearly 3,000 Slack queries, it's clear our teams rely heavily on it. By expanding our advocate pool and highlighting gaps in content, Peerbound helps us drive better engagement and stronger results across the board.
What do you like best about Peerbound?
Peerbound really simplifies the process of creating and organizing customer proof. Peerbound's "Story" feature helps me get case studies off the ground in less time by providing me with a solid first draft from a call recording, which I then iterate on. Peerbound can deeply integrate with tools like Salesforce and Gong, which enriches our customer proof and interlinks seamlessly in our workflows. These integrations have already proven to give us deeper and more meaningful insights into the customer experience. The team behind Peerbound is fantastic. Our rep is helpful, responsive, and quick to jump in any time I have a question about setup or features. Sharing a community Slack channel with other Peerbound users is great for staying up to date on the latest features and beta launches, and for gathering new ideas for Peerbound use cases. Peerbound's Slack bot is an easy way for our larger team to pull quotes or insights when they need them for customer conversations.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
Sometimes the "Story" feature requires more manual edits than expected, as it doesn't always catch every detail or quote from a call, but that's to be expected for AI tools. It's still a net positive feature for me. Another hurdle is ensuring integrations are properly and thoroughly set up, so we can leverage Peerbound to its fullest capabilities. Integrations are not intuitive, but the support team at Peerbound always provides great assistance. Peerbound's Slack bot is good, but not perfect, though I suspect more refinement on our side could improve the results. Because Peerbound can be so expansive, learning and adopting all the different tools within the platform can be a bit daunting and time-consuming. I'm not always confident that our configurations are optimized, and that could affect the customer proof I see.
What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peerbound is helping us organize, approve, and share customer proof more effectively, which has made creating case studies and gathering testimonials so much easier. It's improved how our sales and marketing teams access and use customer quotes, ensuring they have relevant proof points at their fingertips. Features like the Slack bot and Proactive Proof emails have streamlined internal collaboration, saving time and boosting visibility for customer stories.
In just the last week and a half, with Peerbound Measure, I've been able to see its dollar impact. It gives us data and a strategic way to show leadership that customer proof is hitting inboxes daily, and reps can prompt it in Teams and leverage it for high-value deals. The data shows our win rates are higher and deal sizes are bigger when customer proof is mentioned. Now we have strategic insight to guide sales leaders to push adoption.
There’s nothing more rewarding as a customer marketer than joining a team that values customer voice in every aspect of the business. Nectar already used and celebrated what our customers say, but Peerbound brought scale. Now sales gets proof from a person instead of a positioning statement. Marketing gets stories we didn’t have to beg for. Customer voice is now an asset the whole company reaches for.
A big priority and how we use Peerbound is that about 90 percent of the time, we find new advocates through moments. We're tasked with finding a customer speaker for PR or analyst opportunities once a week. I've used Peerbound to repeatedly tap into our customer base for new faces, and before our Vision event, I spend months building relationships with the advocates I discovered through Peerbound, who became our superstars in our videos and throughout the year.
The Peerbound for Web implementation was easy and the documentation for building filters and CSS overrides was CRYSTAL clear. I got it up and running in an hour. Thank you for the great user experience.
Peerbound is worth its weight in gold!
At Cato Networks, we believe the authentic voice of the customer is one of our most powerful competitive differentiators. After building Peerbound channels for our PMMs and sales teams, the value spoke for itself. Our CEO recognized it and rallied his leadership team to take action, starting with putting competitive quotes on screens across all of our offices for every employee to see. That executive buy-in has opened the door to exploring much broader, more strategic uses of Peerbound across the organization.
Peerbound is like customer love on steroids. How do we get everyone added to the Slack channel? It's amazing.
I evaluated UserEvidence alongside Peerbound last year. UserEvidence required too much additional work, like creating and sending surveys and then waiting and hoping for responses. Peerbound really stood out because it brought everything to me and let me work faster, without needing to wait for survey responses.
Peerbound's AI innovations surpassed anything we could build on our own. The turnkey platform surfaces value statements we would never have had access to before. Marketing creates case studies and reviews in record speed, while sales closes deals faster with on-demand customer validation via Slack and proactive post-call emails. It has fundamentally changed our sales enablement function.
In the first pilot that we ran, we actually saw a significant impact from the types of G2 reviews we were getting. The reviews were over two and a half times longer than our traditional reviews, which, in terms of impact, means better performance in SEO and AEO and greater visibility in those areas. The reviews also had twice as many product mentions and five times more value prop mentions. The review content we were able to get by serving up the types of conversations customers had already had with us directly back to them led to much more depth. This was an example of using an AI tooling set to help us drive impact, and we believe this will result in longer-term business benefits.
What do you like best about Peerbound?
Peerbound has been a game changer for making our advocacy efforts more efficient and impactful at Gainsight. The ease of generating customer stories and quotes directly from call recordings has significantly reduced the time it takes to move from concept to content. I love how I can upload a recording and get a well-structured draft in literally 90 seconds. It reduced case study production time from 90 days to 42 days, a 53% improvement. The Slack app integration has also been a huge win, especially with sales and marketing teams using it regularly to surface insights and customer proof automatically. It’s one of the most engaged Slack channels in the company. Sales also receive Proactive Proof emails after their calls, giving them personalized proof based on the prospect's pain points and industry. We see an open rate of 70% on these. The customization options are great, and Peerbound's support team has been responsive every step of the way. They’ve been open to feedback, and I’ve seen them implement suggestions, like adding direct links from Slack alerts to moments in Peerbound or fields to better sort active products, which has made it even more user-friendly. Overall, the mix of automation, thoughtful features, and customer support makes it a staple in my toolkit.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
An area for improvement is increasing customer quote approvals. While the approval process works, it would be great to see features like automated follow-ups or multi-touchpoint reminders to boost conversion rates. Overall, these are minor issues in an otherwise fantastic platform.
What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peerbound helps us streamline advocacy by making it faster and easier to generate customer stories, gather impactful quotes, and share proof points with teams. It has greatly reduced the turnaround time for creating content, improved collaboration across teams, and enabled better alignment with sales through features like Slack integrations and proof emails. By automating and simplifying these processes, Peerbound allows us to better leverage customer advocacy to drive pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
I am such a big Peerbound fan. I was telling someone about it recently and said, 'Look, they're not paying me, I just love this product!'
What do you like best about Peerbound?
Peerbound helps us sift through the hundreds of calls to find the gems that our customers are saying about us. Peerbound is also helping us arm our sales team with customer quotes and eliminating manual processes for our marketing team.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
Would also be great to had a tag/why to flag certain moments for us to send to other internal teams. I recently saw a moment where they started the quote positive and then described a bug in the software. It would be great if i can flag that and email/slack it to the product and CS teams
What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to find and curate positive customer quotes and then to proactively arm our sales team on how to share customer quotes with prospects to help them close more deals
Peerbound: Thank you to the unstoppable Gareth Pembroke and Sunny Manivannan for being the most engaged, supportive vendors I've ever had the pleasure of partnering with. Can only hope we continue to scale our relationship as demand for customer proof grows!
What do you like best about Peerbound?
I absolutely love Peerbound! It gives us clear insight into what our customers truly value and appreciate about us, allowing us to quickly identify value statements to publish or pinpoint customers we’d like to feature in videos, case studies, or speaking opportunities. It saves an incredible amount of time while delivering a high-impact service that benefits our entire organization. At a previous company, we built a homegrown tool to surface customer content internally — at the time, it was state-of-the-art. Now that we're experiencing Peerbound, I can see that the AI innovation has advanced to new levels and there’s truly no comparison. The technology is remarkably advanced and far surpasses anything we could have created on our own, delivering customer insights at scale along with credible, shareable proof points that validate our messaging through authentic customer stories. The Peerbound team is also a joy to work with — brilliant, kind, and deeply collaborative. We’ve built an incredible partnership and continue to innovate together.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Peerbound. The platform performs exactly as promised, and the team is incredibly responsive and proactive. Any feature requests or ideas we’ve shared have been met with enthusiasm and collaboration, which makes the experience even better.
What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peerbound solves one of our biggest challenges: uncovering authentic, actionable insights from our customers at scale. Before Peerbound, gathering feedback and identifying customer proof points required a tremendous amount of manual effort. Now, the platform automates that discovery surfacing what customers truly value, highlighting compelling value statements, and even flagging those who might be great candidates for case studies, videos, or speaking opportunities. This has completely transformed how we operate. We’re able to quickly validate our messaging with credible customer proof, saving countless hours while improving collaboration across marketing, customer success, and sales. Peerbound gives us both efficiency and depth delivering a clear view into customer sentiment and stories that we can confidently share externally. It’s a major time-saver and a strategic advantage for our entire organization.
What do you like best about Peerbound?
Peerbound makes finding and creating customer stories simple. It's now part of my daily workflow. It surfaces thousands of calls and transcripts to the only showcase the positive sentiment. As a customer marketer, this is everything! I've been able to increase the volume of quotes by 33% this year. Our team has 3x case studies as well all because of Peerbound.
What do you dislike about Peerbound?
There's not much to share as far as dislikes. Nothing that is deal breaking or major. Just small things like consistency across the tool with filtering options and capabilities to say if a request was sent or not. I'd love to have more than 10 options to filter using fields from Salesforce. I'd also love if they had more review site integrations beyond G2, but that more likely has to do with the review sites than Peerbound. Overall, these are very minor things, and the great that is that their team is always open to feedback and constantly making enhancements. So, I'm confident these minor dislikes will not even be relevant in 3-6 months from now.
What problems is Peerbound solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Peerbound, the process for requesting, writing, and creating customer stories was very manual. Peerbound enables us to create stories and obtain approvals at scale, allowing our GTM teams to use them proactively.
With Peerbound, I’ve 10x’d my typical conversion rate for G2 reviews. Customers have responded positively to the pre-filled reviews.
