Our own synthetic site · no client or customer

From broken link to verified fix.

A real browser check of an intentionally planted defect on our own sample site. This is a sample report, not a client result.

Verdict

Before: HOLD for journey A. The pricing CTA reaches “Scope preview unavailable”. After: PASS for the two checked journeys and screen sizes. The corrected CTA reaches “Sprint scope preview”; the menu/contact/return journey passes before and after. This is a bounded journey verdict, not a bug-free-site claim.

Pricing CTA opens the wrong destination

  1. Open the before homepage.
  2. Select “View pricing”.
  3. Select “Choose sprint”.
  4. Observe “Scope preview unavailable”, instead of the expected “Sprint scope preview”.

Reproduced in Chrome and WebKit at 1280 × 900 and 390 × 844. On the after version, the same steps reach the intended scope preview. Before screenshot · Retest screenshot.

Coverage and evidence

Journey A: homepage → pricing → Choose sprint → scope preview. Journey B: homepage → Menu → Contact → Return home. Only these navigation journeys on our owned before/after fixture were checked. No forms, data entry or transactions.

Chrome 155.0.8059.85 was checked October 21, 2026; WebKit 26.5 was checked October 24, 2026. Both use 1280 × 900 desktop and 390 × 844 iPhone-size windows. WebKit is the Safari engine in an isolated browser, not Safari’s branded app or a physical phone. Screenshots and timestamps are preserved separately for each run.

Original Chrome run · WebKit run · How to read the evidence

Other pages, browsers, real devices, authenticated states and client sites are untested. Seeded before failures are expected sample results, not failures of the corrected fixture. Customer delivery and turnaround are not proven by this sample.

The boundaries

No security audit, accessibility or compliance certification, fixes or implementation, completed purchases, sign-ups, real messages or form submissions, or load testing. Coverage is limited to the agreed configurations; testing does not prove a site is bug-free.
