Will Instagram flag my account?
Replyinger runs on Meta’s official API, the same one Meta approves business tools for. We only message people who commented, replied or messaged you first, inside Meta’s 24-hour window, and we never ask for your password.
Does it work on Reels and Stories?
Yes. Reel comments work like post and carousel comments, and story replies and reactions have their own trigger.
Does it work with Facebook Pages?
Yes. Connect any Page you manage with Facebook Login. Comments on your Page posts get a private reply in Messenger, and Messenger chats get conversation starters and keyword replies. Personal Facebook profiles can’t be connected.
Do I need a business account?
Instagram needs a professional account, Business or Creator. Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. You don’t need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram.
Can it reply to comments from before I set it up?
Yes. Run any comment automation on the last 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days of comments. Instagram only allows a private reply within 7 days of a comment.
What is a follow gate?
The DM asks people to follow you before the link unlocks. On Instagram, Replyinger checks the follow for you. Facebook doesn’t share who follows a Page, so there we take their word for it.
Do you track link clicks?
Yes. Links in your DMs become short Replyinger links, so you see clicks and unique people for every automation.
What are follow-ups?
One friendly reminder to people who didn’t tap your link, sent 1 to 23 hours later. It’s skipped if they already tapped, if they’re in the middle of another chat, or if Meta’s 24-hour window has closed.
